You can be assured that our ordering process is secure. We are using Paypal as our payment processor and hope the global presence of such a large international company helps to assure you that a) it is safe and b) that we are serious about your safety as an online consumer. We do not store any of your payment details on our site.
If you feel more secure buying over the phone you are more than welcome to do so.
We try hard to keep this site as up to date as possible. If you order a product that is no longer available or out of stock, you will be notified by email, with a choice of alternatives and estimated delivery dates. Please note that due to the nature of the bike industry supply times from wholesaler to retailer can vary and therefore we can only give you an estimated delivery date. In most instances these are accurate.
You are welcome to order any Items that are out of stock and we will put it on back order for you. We will also keep you up to date with the progress of your order by email.
All Prices on the website are inclusive of 20% VAT (value added tax).
Our Returns Policy
We will refund or exchange any returned goods provided they are still in a saleable condition (i.e In original packaging with labels still attached). Goods returned due to incorrect sizes ordered will be refunded minus the original postage costs. All returns must be within 14 days of purchase. If goods develop a problem they will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection to determine whether a warranty claim is valid. Please understand that this could take longer than 3 weeks.
Delivery Options
*Total order weights over 90kg will incur an extra postage fee. If you think you will be ordering this amount, we recommend you contact us first.
* Free delivery is available on many products for delivery to the UK mainland
Standard charges for deliveries to mainland UK
* Goods will be sent first-class post for next day delivery when possible
* Orders over £50 will be sent recorded delivery
* Heavier orders will be sent by carrier for next day delivery and will need to be signed for
* Postage Costs include all packaging.
All recumbent bikes and trikes will incur delivery charges as specified on our recumbent order form.
For overseas recumbent deliveries and other goods
* For mainland Europe and international orders we will email you a quote for delivery. Please note we cannot except orders for any Inspired Cycle Engineering products outside the UK.
Our delivery promise
* If the goods are in stock we will despatch your order right away
* If the goods are delayed in delivery you will be notified within 48 hours by email and advised of the expected delivery date or other product options if your goods are unavailable.
* If goods do not arrive within specified timeframe please contact us emmediately.
* If goods arrive damaged, please retain the product and contact us within 2 days of receipt. If the goods have to be signed for please state damaged on the couriers delivery note.
